Welcome to Primavera Mini Hotel.

Primavera Mini Hotel is a particular hotel (*** stars), on the second floor of an elegant building in the historic centre of Perugia.

The Hotel it’s a few steps from the main course of Perugia, Corso Vannucci, the Priori Palace, the National Gallery of Umbria and the Saint Lorenzo  Cathedral. It also very close to the University for foreigners of Perugia.

At the same time, when you stay at the Primavera Mini Hotel, you won’t have to worry about the chaos and noise which characterize the main course, Corso Vannucci, and also the very close square Morlacchi and Via dei Priori. As matter on fact,  the hotel is located in the quiet Vincioli Street that takes its name from the benedectine monk Pietro Vincioli (Agello-Perugia 1022), who founded the benedectine monastery of Saint Pietro in Perugia.

Vincioli street  is a characteristic lane which is part of one of the most interesting  pedestrian paths in the city, passing along the Sciri Tower (that can be seen from the hotel). Pedestrian paths make it possible, for travelers, to get in touch with the beautiful medieval city centre of Perugia.

All the rooms have charming views on the renowned hills of Umbria and on the roofs of the ancient houses, and also  on some of the most beautiful monumentshistoric centre of the  in the city, like the Sciri tower, the Saint Filippo Neri church, the Cesaroni Palace (seat of Umbria Region), and the church of Saint Francesco al Prato.

Every room is different from each other and has its peculiarities, for shapes and views.

To welcome you to the hotel you will find Chiara and Maria Teresa that every morning will take care of you, Cristina that every morning will take care of tidyng your room (and if you have any preference on how to tidy up the room, you will be satisfied); Roberto that will help you in hard times and Miranda who while doing grandmother (almost of the time) will be with us always with her beautiful smile.

The people we welcome here tell us  they are pleasantly surprised and even amazed by our little hotel. At the end of their stay our biggest satisfaction is knowing they’ll always have nice memories of Perugia, of us and of our mini… hotel.

Primavera Mini Hotel is well connected with two big car parkings thanks to the moving staircase and the Minimetrò (Mini like the hotel) and other public transports, which have made Perugia a city for pedestrians.
