The Primavera Mini Hotel was born from an idea of Domenico Casciarri (known as Pasquale) in order to remember the ancient “Pensione Primavera” in Rimini. In 1980, his daughter Miranda keeps running the hotel modernising it upon her taste and those years’s fashion. In 1994 it’s Chiara’s turn (Domenico’s granddaughter) that pays immediately great attention to the quality of the service and renovates the whole hotel. In 2005 the interiors are designed with new spaces and shapes, for a better and larger comfort of the guests.

Primavera Mini Hotel is located in the heart of the historical centre of Perugia, on the second floor of an ancient building that dates back to Middle Age. During the centuries this same building has welcomed several well known artists and painters such as Bartolo di Sassoferrato. The atmosphere within the hotel is quite and relaxing, thanks to its evocative views and its nice setting among the roofs of the old town.
